CONNECTING CURIOSITY IN EVERY TONGUE

In our increasingly interconnected world, the exchange of knowledge and information is essential for a well-informed society. However, a significant barrier to this exchange exists in the form of language. English is currently the dominant language in academia, causing many non-English speakers, both experts and the general public, to face challenges in accessing valuable information and participating in central academic conversations.

At STEM Today, we recognize the urgency of addressing this disparity. With our STEM Without Borders Initiative, we aim to break down these language barriers by translating research articles and STEM content into various languages in order to proliferate educational equity and STEM literacy globally.

linguistic leads

Linguistic Leads lead translators of their language into translating research literature in different languages. They oversee discussions in language-specific channels, edit translated content, and provide the final approval before it goes through graphic design and then publication.

translators

Translators convert research synopses and articles written by Researchers from English into another language. They work closely with Linguistic Leads to ensure that their translations are accurate and culturally relevant.
